Scott Wilson

Scott is a partner with Dentons' Real Estate group. Based in Vancouver, his practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, financings, dispositions, leasing, marketing and project sales. He has extensive experience working with clients throughout all stages of real estate development. In addition, Scott’s experience extends to major corporate commercial transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, reorganizations, and energy and infrastructure projects.

Scott’s local, national and international clients include esteemed real estate developers of commercial, industrial, residential and mixed-use projects throughout British Columbia, as well as pension funds, institutional lenders and private lenders.
