KELECHI ADIBE is a partner in Sidley Austin LLP's Global Finance practice in Chicago. He represents banks and other financial institutions, private credit funds, private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, and public companies in domestic and cross-border financing transactions.

Kelechi advises on asset-based and cash-flow facilities, split-lien structures, unitranche arrangements, intercreditor and subordination agreements, debtor-in-possession and exit financings, rescue financings and other special situations. His experience spans middle-market and broadly syndicated transactions across a range of sectors, including healthcare, technology, transportation, manufacturing, steel, consumer products, education, energy and utilities, life sciences, insurance and financial services.
