Kathryn is a highly esteemed practitioner with 25+ years of extensive experience in dealing exclusively with employment related matters, Kathryn is respected for her advice and management on both contentious and non-contentious matters. As partner in employment practice group, she advises on a full range of contentious employment issues including litigation in the High Court, County Court, Employment Tribunal as well as Professional Tribunals e.g. Nursing and Midwifery Council.
Kathryn also advises on a range of day to day employment issues, with particular emphasis on disciplinary, grievances and family friendly issues.
She advises both corporate clients (including VetViva, CPI TMD Technologies Limited, and the Clinimed Group) on various matters including restrictive covenants, TUPE, employment status and redundancies. She also represents HNW individual clients, often negotiating multi million exit packages.
