Emily Halley

Emily advises both corporate and individual clients on all aspects of commercial property law – including acquisitions, sales and landlord and tenant transactions – as well as dealing with residential development work. In addition to managing her own varied caseload and being the point of contact for many of the firm’s long-standing clients, Emily regularly works with senior members of the commercial property team on the most high-value and complex transactions.

Emily joined B P Collins as a paralegal in 2013 before completing her training contract with the firm and qualifying into the firm’s commercial property team in 2016.
