Javita Malhotra

Javita is a partner in the family team and is experienced in advising on all aspects of family law including divorce and separation, financial matters, disputes relating to children and separation in respect of unmarried couples.

Javita qualified as a solicitor in 2011 and has since established a wide-ranging family practice. Her expertise includes providing advice on and drafting prenuptial and postnuptial agreements to protect pre-acquired assets or future wealth. She supports clients from all family structures and backgrounds, including those exploring a modern path to growing their families.

Javita has a particular specialism in complex high value financial matters with multi-jurisdictional issues as well as extensive experience in advising in complex disputes relating to children.

Javita has a dogged determination to ensure that her client’s best interests are met whilst also providing support and reassurance to her clients in order to meet their objectives.

She is also a member of Resolution and strives to take a pragmatic approach to settling client matters.
