He advises on substantial M&A transactions and a wide range of other corporate and commercial matters, with extensive experience of helping clients in the waste management and recycling, pharmaceutical and technology sectors.
Alex acts on some of the firm's largest transactions and is the relationship partner for several of the firm's key corporate relationships.
He has a strong following of loyal clients who appreciate the dedication and thoroughness he brings to transactions.
Alex trained at B P Collins and qualified as a solicitor in 1999, becoming a partner in 2007 and practice group leader in 2017 and has been a member of the firm’s Board since 2010.
Alex’s key client relationships include the Biffa Group and the Summerleaze Group.
