Partner and head of the property disputes team, Elliott has a thorough and commercial approach to litigation cases that he undertakes.

He regularly deals with matters under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, boundary disputes, rights of way and other easement disputes, claims for adverse possession, possession, forfeiture and debt recovery, matters under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 (section 5 notices) and advising clients on exercising break options.
