Assists with wage and hour compliance, employee leave and accommodation issues, and workplace investigations. Also represents employers before administrative agencies and in litigation, including defending employers in discrimination, whistleblower, FMLA, noncompete, and wage and hour cases, including class actions. Regularly speaks on employment-related topics and provides supervisory training on topics including FMLA and FLSA compliance, conducting workplace investigations, and implementing employee discipline.
