Kim represents governmental entities and other transaction participants in public finance transactions and economic development matters in Colorado, including general obligation bonds, user fee revenue bonds, special assessment bonds, excise tax revenue bonds, lease transactions, tax increment financings and private activity bonds. She is AV-Preeminent rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been recognized as a Colorado Super Lawyers® Rising Star. In addition to this being her third year Ranked by Chambers USA in Public Finance (Colorado), Kim has also been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America® from 2020 through 2026 for her work in Public Finance, and by The Legal 500 US in the Project Finance: Infrastructure & PPP category (Band 4).
