Blake Sharpton is a public finance attorney who represents issuers, underwriters, borrowers, and financial institutions in complex municipal finance and economic development transactions across Georgia and the Southeast. His practice spans tax-exempt and taxable financings, with experience serving as bond counsel, disclosure counsel, underwriter’s counsel, bank counsel, and borrower’s counsel.

A significant portion of Blake’s practice involves financings for K–12 school systems, charter schools, and higher education institutions.
