Practice Areas
Angie’s practice focuses primarily on commercial real estate and finance. Her commercial real estate practice includes the representation of clients for whom real estate is a primary asset, companies whose operations include real estate as only a part of their business, and parties involved in financing transactions secured by real property. She represents not only developers, but also landlords, tenants, lenders, and borrowers, and regularly handles acquisitions, dispositions, leases, and financing transactions.
Her representation includes clients with real estate interests in a variety of industries, including multi-family, solar energy, hospitality, healthcare, office, retail, timber, mining, and industrial. She regularly represents multi-family and other lenders in connection with construction, interim, and permanent financing, and serves as real estate counsel to underwriters on bond transactions. She also has experience in conservation easements and park development.
Angie is a member of Butler Snow’s Executive Committee and has served on a variety of other committees within the firm.
