Randy McClanahan is a business attorney whose practice focuses on corporate law, taxation law, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity transactions, executive compensation and the legal aspects of accounting and auditing.

He obtained his J.D. from the University of North Carolina, his M.B.A. from Duke University, his M.T.A. from the University of Alabama, and his B.S. from Auburn University. Randy is admitted to the Alabama State Bar.
