• We defended an employer in a labor arbitration challenging the termination of an employee. 
• We assisted an international client with the closure of a Bristol, Tennessee facility, including required WARN act communications, notifications, and severance program, impacting 100 employees.
• We served as lead counsel in a purported class action involving pay practices for various members of the service staff of a golf club. 
• We represented an employer in a union decertification election.
