Julien Bourgeois

Julien Bourgeois is a partner in Dentons’ Venture Technology and Emerging Growth Companies group and is the lead of the Securities and Corporate Finance group in the Ottawa office. Julien has extensive experience representing funds, investors and emerging companies on venture capital financings, mergers and acquisition transactions, and venture capital fund formations.

In his practice, Julien also provides meaningful corporate and commercial advice to knowledge-based and emerging technology companies in connection with a wide range of transactions, including incorporation, shareholders’ agreements and securities-based compensation.
