Julia E. Tomec

Julia concentrates her practice on commercial real estate and corporate business transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of industrial, office, and retail properties. She represents owners, developers, investors, and lenders, as well as both landlords and tenants, in the negotiation of retail, restaurant, office, and industrial leases, along with ground lease and development transactions.

Julia handles all aspects of borrower-side financing transactions and also has experience representing lenders in credit tenant lease financings. She advises pharmaceutical companies on acquisition, disposition, and leasing projects and collaborates with corporate attorneys on the real estate components of mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions.
