Julia A Czarniak

Ms. Czarniak concentrates on project finance and development, representing financial institutions and borrowers in financing transactions with the focus on energy sector, as well as other infrastructure and industrial projects. Ms. Czarniak has extensive experience in export credit, multilateral agency financings, oil and gas, power (including renewables) projects, restructurings, expansions in U.S., Russia, Asia, Middle East. She focuses on structuring and negotiating leveraged and other finance transactions, including acquisition facilities, leveraged leases, tax equity investments, Rule 144A bond financings and other secured and unsecured lending transactions.
