Joshua Hutchinson

Josh practises corporate and commercial litigation and has appeared as lead counsel at all levels of court in British Columbia and at the Federal Court. He has also appeared at the Supreme Court of Canada.

He has extensive experience in the defence of class actions, particularly in the competition/antitrust, consumer protection, privacy, securities, and product liability contexts. He also has experience in domestic and international arbitrations, including disputes related to commercial transactions, infrastructure projects, and mining projects.

Josh has represented companies and individuals in a wide range of industries, including technology, financial services, mining, construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, and health services.
