Career
A partner in the firm’s Construction Practice, Joe Imperiale has been dedicated exclusively to the construction and manufacturing industries for 20 years. He represents owners, EPC contractors, construction managers, general contractors and subcontractors in disputes on a wide array of construction projects, including power plants, mass transit systems, highways, high voltage electric transmission lines, pipelines and heavy industrial and commercial construction projects. Joe represents clients on projects ranging from $1 million to more than $5 billion in contract value. Joe has represented some of the largest project owners and contractors throughout the United States. In addition to representing domestic clients, Joe frequently represents businesses entering the U.S. market from other countries.
