José Endara Madera joined LEXVALOR Abogados as an associate since 2018, he is currently a Senior Associate of the Firm. Throughout his career he has worked in various areas of law. He is currently part of the firm's Labor Law team providing advice to important national and international companies. He regularly advises and defends employers in lawsuits, labor aspects of M&A processes, compliance with labor obligations, hiring structures, policy development, collective bargaining, structuring of extralegal benefits and preventive aspects of the employment relationship. He stands out for his ability to understand the business needs of his clients and identify in a timely manner the risks they face.

In addition, he has experience in the areas of Dispute Resolution, Corporate and Administrative Law. José complements his practice with teaching, as well as has participated in several national and international forums. He is a member of the Circle of Labor Lawyers of Ecuador and the Latin American Institute of Labor and Social Security Law.
