Daniela Irigoyen is a partner of Lexvalor Abogados, after having worked for important law firms and fund and trust fund administrators.

She co - directs the Banking and Finance, Dispute Resolution and Real Estate Law Areas backed by her significant experience in providing legal and risks advice directed to the structuring and managing of diverse nature of fiduciary and financial businesses. She currently provides Legal Advice on fiduciary business, investment funds, project development, risks, legal procedures, to the country’s leading and largest fund and trust fund administration firm.

Daniela has vast experience in real estate and infrastructure project structuring, as well as in productive, commercial, constructive and other projects, both at the schematic plans level (either jointly with partnerships, trust funds, associations or other mechanisms) as well as in the development and interaction unfolded vis-à-vis third parties. Her experience includes advisory services on financial topics and contracts with banking institutions, multilateral organizations, among other.

She has experience and advises important financial entities in the country, both in the normative thats governs the entities of the financial system, as well as their operations; structuring, restructuring and solution of complex credit operations, constitution of guarantees, fiduciary schemes, risk analysis and due diligence; portfolio analysis and recovery, among others.

Additionally, she has significant experience in conflict negotiation and dispute resolution, having handled cases of special relevance in mediation and arbitration processes, especially in commercial, real estate, civil and fiduciary matters. She also handles judicial, civil, administrative and contentious proceedings. This knowledge is an important complement when negotiating and achieving comprehensive solutions for clients.
