Karla Villacís is a founding partner of Lexvalor Abogados.

She co - heads the Labor and Real Estate division. She has significant experience in advising important national and international companies within the corporate, labor-related, and real estate sectors.

Has gained over fifteen years’ experience in advising important construction companies, malls and all kind of real estate entities, counselling in the structuring of projects, elaboration of contracts, negotiation and legal disputes, properties division and implementation of condo structures. She also leads and supervises the workshop process related to the elaboration of trading deeds with third parties.

Karla has also experience in civil and labor contracting patterns, work-related risks and social security aspects, expat employees, labor-related litigation to companies in coordination with LATAM regional offices and headquarters at the international level.
