Víctor Chiriboga – Partner, Tax Division
Víctor has built a strong career in Tax Law, advising local and multinational companies, as well as individuals, on tax and wealth planning, corporate structuring, and international taxation.
Throughout his career at Lexvalor, including his role as Director of the Tax Practice, he has led highly complex matters, advising our clients on the structuring of strategic transactions and the resolution of significant tax contingencies.
His strategic vision, technical rigor, and leadership have been instrumental in the growth and strengthening of our tax practice.
As a new Partner at Lexvalor, he will continue to contribute his experience and commitment to delivering high-value legal solutions to our clients and supporting the Firm’s continued development.
Ana Belén Cadena – Director, Tax Division
Ana Belén has built a strong career in Tax Law, with a particular focus on tax litigation and complex disputes before administrative and judicial authorities.
Her practice is distinguished by technical excellence, professional rigor, and her ability to develop sound legal strategies for complex matters.
Throughout her career at Lexvalor, she has built trusted relationships with clients and colleagues while actively contributing to the strengthening of the Tax Practice.
In her new role, she will continue to bring her experience and leadership to the development of the practice and to creating value for our clients and the Firm.
José Xavier Endara – Director, Labor Division
José Xavier has built a distinguished career in Labor Law and corporate legal advisory, with extensive experience in complex labor litigation, workforce restructurings, and strategic counseling for local and multinational clients.
Throughout his career at Lexvalor, he has demonstrated strong leadership, a commitment to excellence, and a strategic approach focused on delivering efficient solutions aligned with our clients’ business objectives.
In his new role as Director of the Labor Practice, he will continue to drive the growth of the practice and strengthen our ability to advise clients on highly complex labor matters.
Danny Espinosa – Director, Tax Division
Danny has been part of Lexvalor since 2018 and has built a distinguished career in Tax Law, advising companies and institutions on highly complex matters from a strategic and comprehensive perspective.
His experience in new investments in Ecuador, project structuring and financing, as well as the identification of tax incentives, has enabled him to develop solutions focused on the viability and long-term sustainability of our clients’ businesses.
His leadership and comprehensive approach have been recognized by leading international legal directories, reflecting the trust he has built among clients and peers.
As Director of the Tax Practice, he will continue to strengthen our practice and lead new challenges as we provide specialized and strategic legal counsel.
