Jorge Muratorio is a Partner and member of O'Farrell’s Management Committee, where he leads the Public Law and Economic Regulation practice. He has developed a distinguished career advising domestic and international clients on administrative law, economic regulation, public procurement, public contracts, infrastructure projects and disputes involving governmental authorities. Throughout his professional career, he has combined an active legal practice with an outstanding academic activity, becoming a recognised reference in public law, public procurement and regulated industries. His experience spans regulatory advice, administrative and judicial litigation, arbitration, public concessions, public-private projects and complex matters involving public services and regulated markets.

Jorge Muratorio is a widely recognised author and speaker in the fields of Administrative Law, Public Procurement, Public Contracts, Economic Regulation and Public Utilities. He has authored more than 100 publications, including books, collective works and articles published in leading legal journals in Argentina and abroad. His academic work focuses on public procurement, public services, administrative procedure, judicial review of administrative action, infrastructure projects and regulatory frameworks. He is a regular contributor to specialised publications and frequently participates as a speaker at national and international conferences, postgraduate programmes and academic forums devoted to public law and public procurement
