Mr. Zapata is a legal adviser to companies engaged in different economic activities in Argentina, such as the automotive, oil, gas, electricity, textile, chemical and petrochemical, retail, construction, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, gastronomy, insurance, railway, and services industries, always in relation to labor and litigation issues, negotiation of collective bargaining agreements and management of collective labor disputes.

Professional Memberships

- Technical delegate member of the Social Policies Department of the Argentine Industrial Union (Unión Industrial Argentina – UIA) and representative of the employers sector at the International Labor Organization (ILO)

- José Luis was appointed by ADEFA (Association of Automotive Manufacturers) as its representative in the Social Policy Department of Unión Industrial Argentina.

- Attorney-at-law of the Chamber of Oil Industry (Cámara de la Industria del Petróleo, CIP), participating in all collective bargaining proceedings within the oil industry.
