José Luis Zapata is the Partner in charge of the Labor Law Area at O’Farrell.
His activity focuses on advising companies, settling labor disputes, whether individual or collective, managing labor proceedings, and negotiating collective bargaining agreements with labor unions.
Mr. Zapata is a legal adviser to companies engaged in different economic activities in Argentina, such as the automotive, oil, gas, electricity, textile, chemical and petrochemical, retail, construction, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, gastronomy, insurance, railway, and services industries, always in relation to labor and litigation issues, negotiation of collective bargaining agreements and management of collective labor disputes.

Technical delegate member of the Social Policies Department of the Argentine Industrial Union (Unión Industrial Argentina – UIA) and representative of the employers sector at the International Labor Organization (ILO)
José Luis was appointed by ADEFA (Association of Automotive Manufacturers) as its representative in the Social Policy Department of Unión Industrial Argentina.
