Sebastian Luegmayer has been a Partner of the firm since 2014. His practice areas are Corporate Law, Finance Law and Capital Markets.

Mr. Luegmayer gives advice to domestic and foreign companies as well as to financial institutions in relation to issues in the capital markets, project finance, mergers and acquisitions, and financial derivatives.

During 2008, he acted as international associate at the New York office of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, participating in capital market, M&A, and financial derivatives transactions.
