Ernesto Genco is a Partner and Head of O'Farrell’s Corporate, M&A, Finance and Capital Markets Department. He joined the firm in 2005 and became Partner in 2014. His practice focuses on foreign investment, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, corporate governance, startup advisory, real estate transactions and corporate dispute resolution. He regularly advises multinational corporations, Fortune 500 companies and leading domestic groups on strategic transactions and day-to-day corporate matters, combining technical legal expertise with a strong business-oriented approach.

- Member of the Legal and Tax Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Argentina (AmCham) for the 2025-2026 term.

- Member of the Advisory Council (Consejo Consultivo) of the Argentine Chamber of Corporations (Cámara de Sociedades).
