Miguel A. M. Tesón is Senior Partner and Head of O'Farrell’s Tax Department. He is one of Argentina’s most recognised tax practitioners, with extensive experience in tax controversy, constitutional tax law, cross-border taxation, transfer pricing and complex tax litigation. Before joining O’Farrell in 1990, he held senior positions at the Argentine Supreme Court of Justice, the Federal Tax Court and ENTel. Throughout his career, he has represented leading domestic and international companies in landmark disputes before tax authorities and courts, including precedent-setting cases before the Argentine Supreme Court involving tax inflation adjustments, local taxation and constitutional tax matters. He combines a distinguished professional career with extensive academic and institutional leadership in the tax field.
