Miguel A. M. Tesón is Senior Partner and Head of O'Farrell’s Tax Department. He is one of Argentina’s most recognised tax practitioners, with extensive experience in tax controversy, constitutional tax law, cross-border taxation, transfer pricing and complex tax litigation.
