Career

Miguel A.M. Tesón is the Partner in charge of the Tax Law Area. He joined the firm in 1989.

Mr. Tesón specializes in tax law counselling. In addition, he has broad experience in contentious matters as well as in complex litigation before the Argentine Supreme Court, given his extensive experience in the public and private practice.

Professional Memberships

- Member of the Argentine Fiscal Association (Asociación Argentina de Estudios Fiscales). He worked as a counselor, treasurer and secretary, and was appointed President of this prestigious institution for the period 2013-2014.

- Member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA)

- Member of the Tax Law Institute of the Argentine Academy of Law and Social Sciences of Buenos Aires (Instituto de Derecho Tributario de la Academia Nacional de Derecho y Ciencias Sociales de Buenos Aires).
