Ana Belén Micciarelli is a Partner in O'Farrell’s Public Law and Economic Regulation Department. She advises domestic and international clients operating in highly regulated industries on administrative law, economic regulation, public services, infrastructure projects and disputes involving governmental authorities. Her practice has a particular focus on the power sector, including electricity transmission and distribution, regulatory matters related to the Wholesale Electricity Market (MEM), and the incorporation of new market participants. She regularly advises clients on complex regulatory proceedings, administrative litigation and strategic matters involving public authorities at both federal and provincial levels.
