Ignacio Castiglione is Partner of the Labor and Social Security Department. He joined O’Farrell in 2011.

His activity focuses on preventive counseling and the resolution of labor disputes, whether individual or collective, negotiation of collective bargaining agreements with labor unions, managing labor complex proceedings and labor counseling in mergers and acquisitions proceedings.

Ignacio advises companies related with diverse activities such as automotive, power, gas, textile, tourism, IT, insurance, pharmaceutical, retail, construction, and telecommunications, among others.
