Ignacio Agustín Castiglione is Partner of O'Farrell's Labour & Employment Area. He advises national and multinational companies on labour litigation, collective bargaining, industrial relations, workforce restructurings, executive terminations and employment compliance matters. His practice is particularly focused on highly regulated and unionised industries, where he regularly represents employers in collective labour disputes, negotiations with trade unions, labour authorities and complex employment litigation.
