Agustín Siboldi joined O'Farrell in 1998 after serving as in-house counsel at Telecom Argentina. Since 2002, he has played a leading role in the development of the firm's Energy & Natural Resources, Competition and TMT practices. He currently co-leads the Energy practice and advises domestic and international clients on regulatory, contractual and strategic matters involving power, oil & gas, mining, telecommunications, infrastructure and other highly regulated industries. His career combines legal practice, academic activity and active participation in leading industry associations and professional organisations focused on energy, competition law and economic regulation.
