Jordan is a dedicated partner in Tonkon Torp’s Labor & Employment Practice Group. With a commitment to delivering effective solutions, she collaborates closely with employers to navigate complex employment challenges. Jordan represents employers against an array of claims, including wrongful termination, employment discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, as well as wage and hour and leave law violations. Her litigation practice spans both state and federal courts. Jordan works with a wide variety of clients across multiple industries, including small clinics and large hospital systems, local retailers, food and beverage companies, and numerous companies with a nationwide employee base.
Jordan advises employers on numerous issues, with a notable emphasis on designing and implementing leave programs in compliance with state and federal regulations. Her deep-rooted knowledge ensures clients remain compliant while fostering environments conducive to employee well-being and operational success. As the first in her family to pursue higher education, Jordan brings a unique perspective to her work that makes her especially adaptive and able to put herself in the shoes of clients across a broad spectrum of experience.
