We help companies large and small comply with local, state, and federal employment laws, minimizing exposure to litigation. We identify problem areas in the workplace, develop policies and procedures to address those problems, and train management and employees to prevent costly disputes. When workplace disputes do escalate, we assist in resolving them out of court, at trial, and on appeal.

Our Business Immigration group provides support for domestic and international companies and individuals, covering temporary and permanent visa applications and extensions, the preparation and filing of nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions, and citizenship applications.
Our immigration team assists with immigration compliance programs (including Form I-9 employment eligibility verification compliance), provides HR training, and defends employers against enforcement actions brought by immigration or labor authorities.
