Paul is a respected trial lawyer with more than 20 years of experience in cases in Oregon and across the country. He has represented individuals, businesses, and governmental organizations in contract and investment disputes, government investigations, environmental matters, and more.
In 2024, Paul was inducted as a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, the most prestigious honorary organization for trial attorneys in North America. His work has also been recognized by various groups including Chambers USA, The Best Lawyers in America, and Super Lawyers. He has previously served on Tonkon Torp’s Managing Board and as Co-Chair of the firm’s Litigation Department.
Before joining Tonkon Torp, Paul was a judicial clerk for the Honorable Susan P. Graber at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Honorable R. William Riggs at the Oregon Supreme Court and Oregon Court of Appeals.
