Kimberlee Stafford

Kimberlee is Chair of Tonkon Torp’s Real Estate & Land Use Practice Group. Her practice is focused on helping businesses with their real estate transactional needs. She has expertise managing complex real estate transactions involving purchases and sales, leases, and financing for office, retail, and industrial properties for a diverse group of businesses, owners, and developers with an emphasis on the medical, veterinary, food and beverage, retail, seniors housing, renewable energy, and forest products industries.

Kimberlee has experience negotiating definitive agreements for commercial real estate development projects, including ground leases for two major hotels in downtown Portland.

She has extensive experience with timberland and mill purchases and sales in Oregon, Idaho and Montana. In the seniors housing market, she represents assisted living facility owners in loan transactions and frequently negotiates property management agreements.

Kimberlee is admitted to practice in both Oregon and Idaho.
