Kimberlee has experience negotiating definitive agreements for commercial real estate development projects, including ground leases for two major hotels in downtown Portland.

She has extensive experience with timberland and mill purchases and sales in Oregon, Idaho and Montana. In the seniors housing market, she represents assisted living facility owners in loan transactions and frequently negotiates property management agreements.
