Melany Savitt's practice focuses on temporary and permanent employment-based U.S. immigration and naturalization. She represents companies and organizations of all sizes from a variety of industries, guiding employers and foreign nationals through our maze of immigration laws. She handles a wide range of nonimmigrant work visas, including specialty occupation categories, intracompany transfers, extraordinary ability in business and arts, internationally recognized artists and performers, religious workers, cultural exchange workers, and TN NAFTA status for Canadian and Mexican nationals. Additionally, Melany has extensive experience with PERM labor certifications, and immigrant visa petitions for multinational executives and managers, as well as individuals meeting the extraordinary ability threshold. She also advises employers on Form I-9 matters including audits, and partners with immigration attorneys globally to assist companies with moving employees to countries outside the United States. Melany speaks frequently regionally and in the community on business immigration.
