Jonathan Young is a partner and Co-Chair of Locke Lord’s Firm-wide Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Insolvency Department. He regularly advises investors, lenders, directors, sponsors and portfolio companies in connection with their rights and obligations relative to financial distress, insolvency and bankruptcy situations. He also advises trustees, receivers and other fiduciaries. In addition to his advisory and counseling work, Mr. Young represents his clients in litigation and appellate matters. He has particular experience in the private equity, healthcare, advertising and media, technology and telecommunications, maritime, audit and accounting and insurance sectors.
