JONATHAN KELLY is co-leader of the firm’s global Insurance and Financial Services group, leader of Sidley’s Insurance practice in New York and Boston, and member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Jon represents insurance companies, financial institutions, investors and regulators in transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, reinsurance, risk transfer and restructuring transactions.
