Jonathan has over 20 years’ experience as a lawyer acting on behalf of NHS Trusts and private insurers in defending both clinical negligence and personal injury claims. He has been a partner at Hill Dickinson since 2012.
He is passionate about improving patient safety and works closely with clients to help them to learn from claims and identify practical ways to reduce future risks. He regularly conducts training on key issues for clients such as implementing the duty of candour and consent to treatment.
He is an experienced litigator with reputation for identifying the right areas to challenge on a claim and an ability to achieve a resolution of event the most challenging and sensitive matters. He also has a strong reputation for dealing with claims with international elements and managing brain injury cases of the highest value.
