Jonathan H Koh

JONATHAN KOH counsels clients on a broad range of real estate transactions, including purchase and sale transactions, mortgage and mezzanine loan originations and restructurings, joint ventures, and leasing. These matters involve a wide variety of asset types, including hotel and hospitality, restaurants and retail, office, healthcare, multi-family, industrial, and mixed-use projects. Prior to joining Sidley, Jonathan was an associate at another international law firm where his practice focused on real estate and corporate matters.

Jonathan earned his J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he was senior editor of the Southern California Law Review. He graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a B.A. in both Economics, cum laude, and in Classical Studies, magna cum laude.
