He also acts as lead counsel in complex civil class action antitrust and competitor litigation matters involving nearly all aspects of antitrust laws. John is recognized for his extensive international competition policy leadership and his expertise in the technology, media, software and pharmaceuticals sectors, and traditional industries including automotive, mining, metals, agriculture, chemicals and electronics.
