John L Gardiner

Global head of Skadden’s International Litigation and Arbitration Group. Concentrates on the resolution of complex, high-exposure, multijurisdictional disputes before leading international arbitral institutions such as the ICC, LCIA, HKIAC and ICDR, as well as federal and state courts in the United States and elsewhere around the globe. His broad experience covers a wide range of industries, including financial services, insurance/reinsurance, auditing and accounting, trusts and estates, energy and telecommunications. Mr. Gardiner also has acted as arbitrator and mediator in complex corporate, shareholder and family disputes.
