John C. Lin

John Lin has more than 20 years' experience advising on public, private, and cross-border M&A transactions with an aggregate value in excess of USD 20 billion. His work includes representation of public and private clients, investment banks, and institutional investors in mergers, management and leveraged buyouts, share swaps, spin-offs, joint ventures, going private transactions, corporate restructuring, private equity, health care, and technology transactions. John is a barrister member (non-practising) of the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn. He lectured for nine years at the Chinese Culture University on Anglo-American contracts law and cross-border disputes resolution.
