Joan Arnold has more than 45 years of experience focusing on federal and international income tax issues. She helps clients navigate the tax aspects of their domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and counsels clients on corporate taxation and finance. She is particularly experienced in the life sciences and private equity industries.
Joan has more than 40 years of experience and is known for her ability to help clients understand the most complex tax matters, and to develop creative and pragmatic approaches to achieving client goals.
