Benjamin has worked for originators, issuers, arrangers, dealers, trustees and security trustees in connection with securitisation programmes and structured finance transactions in the Australian, euro and US bond and commercial paper markets. His experience also extends to other debt capital markets transactions including domestic debt issuance and 'kangaroo' programmes, EMTNs, convertible note issues, exchangeable note issues and hybrid transactions and he has a broad range of experience in general financing transactions.
