Jiyeon Lee-Lim covers a wide variety of tax issues in both domestic and international contexts. In recent years, Ms. Lee-Lim has represented numerous domestic and foreign corporations and investment banks in connection with debt and equity offerings, bank financings, derivative transactions, and securitizations and other structured finance transactions. She also frequently advises multinational corporations in restructuring and cross-border tax matters. She has published several articles on tax issues often encountered in financing and capital markets transactions.
Career
Qualified since 1987. Global Chair of the firm's Tax Department. Previously served as Chair of the firm's International Tax Group.
Professional Memberships
Member of the Tax Forum. On the Executive Committee of Tax Section of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA). Former Co-Chair of the NYSBA Tax Section Committee on Securitizations and Structured Finance.
