Jessica Hill represents real estate developers and property owners in connection with zoning entitlement issues affecting real property, with a focus on properties located in the metro-Atlanta area. She handles rezoning applications, comprehensive land use plan changes, variances, special exceptions, special use permits, annexations, and other similar land use applications to shape the built environment in Georgia. Ms. Hill has extensive experience in zoning and land use law and her practice spans a wide range of asset classes including multifamily residential, commercial, office, industrial and mixed-use developments. In addition to handling land use related applications, she also has drafted zoning related regulations adopted by local governments and regularly counsels clients on the impact of existing entitlements on development of a property and strategies for modifying or interpreting entitlements.
