Career
Jeremy Heep focuses on the full range of commercial litigation, with particular emphasis on antitrust and international matters. He represents domestic and international clients in cross-border litigation and international arbitration.
Jeremy has handled international arbitrations under most major institutional rules, including the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), International Court of Arbitration (ICC), and International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR). Additionally, Jeremy has been involved in several of the nation’s leading antitrust litigation matters, including class actions. He routinely writes and speaks on antitrust issues as author and lecturer, conducts training for clients nationally and internationally, and provides counseling on pricing and distribution issues.
Previously, Jeremy was a trial attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), where he briefed and argued cases in the Third, Sixth, and Ninth Circuits. After leaving DOJ, Jeremy spent several years in Central Africa managing a technical assistance program and providing advice on constitutional and electoral law reform as the director of the International Foundation for Election Systems (IFES) program in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
