Jen has a depth of legal experience that includes multiple victories for clients in court as well as high-level investigations of senior leadership and C-suite executives. From preventive counseling to high-stakes class or collective action lawsuits, Robinson represents and advises employers who are faced with a wide range of labor and employment law challenges. She has successfully handled business-critical litigation crucial to her client's businesses, and her practical advice, creative legal solutions, and cordial disposition have garnered her the praise of clients and unexpected appreciation from opposing attorneys. Robinson works with a variety of industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality and entertainment.
Alongside her roles in litigation, investigation and counseling work, Robinson has contributed significantly to the expansion of the Nashville office's footprint across the state. She established the Nashville office, and for ten years served as the office managing shareholder. Robinson is frequently cited in the media as an authority on labor and employment issues and is routinely recognized as a business leader in the community.
Robinson devotes considerable time to mentoring young people. She serves as an advocate in Littler’s award-winning Career Advocacy Program (CAP), a mentorship and career development program started by the firm for diverse and women attorneys. She is also deeply dedicated to mentoring attorneys in her local office.
Committed to giving back to her community, Robinson has been a longtime member and volunteer for her church and she also co-founded the Fulcrum Society of the YWCA of Nashville and Middle Tennessee, which supports girls and women through a variety of services. She is also a member of the Breakfast Club of Nashville.
