Jeffrey R. Kuester handles all types of intellectual property issues, including litigation, preparation and counseling. As a registered patent attorney, he has been preparing and prosecuting patents for more than 25 years, and also has extensive trademark and copyright experience.
Mr. Kuester is a member of the ABA, AIPLA, FICPI, INTA, IPO, and the State Bar of Georgia. He also serves as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Georgia for intellectual property matters.
