Steve O'Day is Head of Environmental, Sustainability and Energy practices. He has handled environmental and energy litigation, consultation, and negotiations for over 40 years. Steve advises clients on the full range of environmental issues, including Clean Water Act and OSHA compliance, Clean Air permits and compliance, water law. He assists clients in environmental issues in real property acquisition/development and the development/acquisition/sale of manufacturing, energy, solar, wind, landfill gas, biomass and hydro energy, and other projects. Steve is a frequent speaker on sustainability, environmental liability and compliance and risk management.
